Urtica dioca L (fol.)
Traditionally used to reduce allergic inflammation (hayfever, rhinitis), as a diuretic to help with gentle detoxification, as an antioxidant and anti inflammatory herb to promote healing, relieve arthritis, support healthy kidney and bladder function.
It's high mineral and vitamin content can assist with fatigue
Used traditionally as a hair rinse to support hair regrowth and strengthen hair due to its high level of silica and sulphur.

Instructions
Add 1 heaped teaspoon to a mug or teapot and add 250ml boiling water. All to infuse for 5 minutes. As a hair rinse infuse for 15 minutes.
